I've worked from embedded firmware to globally distributed cloud systems.

I don't have enough hours in the day to build everything I want. Most teams don't either. So I keep trying to remove work: automate the boring parts, make builds reproducible, shorten feedback loops, and write tools that stop people from doing same thing twice.

Most of my work is CI/CD, reproducible builds, developer tooling, and security. Boring in a good way. If that layer works, product teams get to spend more time building actual product.
